**Leading Zenyum’s omni-channel strategy to drive marketing efficiency and brand growth**
In your role you will work closely with SVP Marketing & VP Growth to craft a strategy that allows Zenyum as a brand to seamlessly reach the right consumer, at the right place, at the right time. You will champion consumer experience as your priority which in turn leads to revenue growth through brand advocacy, customer retention, referral, conversion and acquisition. Your key responsibilities will be:
**Audit**:
- Through data analysis and using best practices as guidelines, audit marketing channels and touchpoints for every market and uncover marketing brilliance (to replicate) as well as inefficiencies (to optimize)
- Strategize and drive owned channel performance and plans with local markets - website, mobile app, social channels, CRM, messaging apps
- Work with performance team on optimising paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, TikTok Ads, Google Display
- Build a content strategy for every market that grows earned and shared mentions, links and virality. Grow potential PR and brand partnerships to further enhance brand trust and perception
- Analyze and develop audience segments for greater targeting across channels and messaging
**Sync**:
- Collaborate with local marketing heads, regional product teams and creatives to build an integrated marketing plan across owned, earned, paid and shared channels that includes ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns and strategies to improve user journeys and messaging
- Build and drive together with local marketing heads our campaign and events calendars, and plan and manage marketing budget pacing
- Lead the planning and execution of the KOL and content engines for every market
- Ensure campaign planning, launch and retirement are executed flawlessly by taking charge of the marketing calendars
- Set in place localisation strategies and ensure content and messaging are always crafted with the local audience in mind.
- Ensure creative assets for owned and paid channels are on-brand and created with channel best practices in mind.
**Lead**:
- Be a thought leader behind optimisations of ongoing strategy as well as ideation of new strategies, be it for marketing channels, customer touchpoints or tech transformation
- Lead markets in ensuring execution of marketing plans are efficient and in accordance to best practices and brand guidelines
- Lead markets in testing, optimization and measurement of performance
- Lead markets in discovery of new strategies and speed in removing inefficient methods and channels
- Lead by example - be the guide and mentor for junior team members to learn, thrive and grow in any work environment, as well as create a safe space for them to make mistakes, enhance their skills and gain experience
- Lead by listening - accept feedback and ideas, be open to testing and guide junior team members and markets in the same
**You're a fit for this role if you have...**:
- 6+ years of experience in Brand Management & Marketing in FMCG corporations, especially in personal care/oral care
- 6+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling business, launching new campaigns and building teams in the **Ecommerce** and **digital marketing** space or have worked in high-growth environments such as **FMCG companies**, consulting, or tech
- End-to-end marketing experience from concept development, consumer research, ATL production to go-to-market activation
- A **can-do attitude** - not averse to getting your hands dirty and support in execution/administrative matters when necessary
- Experience in SEO, content strategy, brand strategy, performance marketing and CRM strategy a plus
- Experience in Nielsen data and A&P budget is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions in market
- Strong ownership and excellent project management skills to gatekeep key milestones
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or G-Suite
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in either Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa and/or Japanese a plus.
