Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) is the Singapore chapter of the United Nations Global Compact. As a leading voice on corporate sustainability, GCNS drives multi-stakeholder action through various platforms and partnerships to forge a more sustainable future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Membership Operations and Support
- Data Management & Analytics
- Maintenance & update of membership databases.
- Assist with membership recruitment and renewals, including (though not limited to):

- Following up with payments for membership (as required)
- End-to-end management of administrative requirements related to membership activities including:

- Invitation, RSVP, and database management for events and workshops

Events Support
- End-to-end management of administrative requirements related to membership activities including:

- Invitation, RSVP, and database management for events and workshops
- Assist with the strategic Initiatives onflagship events as needed
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans and budget as needed
- Assist with other administrative and ad hoc duties that may be required by Project Managers

**Requirements**:

- A fresh graduate or 2 years of related experience with a passion for sustainability and the ability to provide administrative support
- People-oriented; Strong communicator (written and verbal); comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Open to learning new software (eg: salesforce) and working in Google Workspace
- Detail and process-oriented with strong self-management skills
- Possess the initiative to look for alternative solutions and assist the team whenever needed
- Possess a positive work ethic and determination in achieving targets within tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Accept that OT is necessary at times
- Some understanding of corporate sustainability will be advantageous
- Able to work within a small team dynamic
