**PURPOSE**

We are seeking an Executive, Stakeholder Engagement to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic partnership opportunities and promote community engagement. As a key support member, you will provide administrative assistance, coordinate tasks, and ensure successful execution of events. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving effective stakeholder engagement and facilitating partnership development

**Roles**
- The team’s core responsibilities centre around collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for strategic/community/corporate engagement and partnership development
- You will provide a critical support role to the team in providing both administrative assistance, coordination and event day execution of the various tasks required (see Responsibilities)

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Stakeholder Engagement, you will be responsible for:

- Drafting invitations and administrative programmes to guests for engagement events
- Managing a master database of stakeholders/partners and ensure all details are updated
- Managing and issuance of invitation tickets/passes for engagement events to guests
- Planning and executing events (with other departments) and other initiatives to engage stakeholders meaningfully and regularly
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships through research and outreach
- Managing relationships with stakeholders, including regular communication, reporting, and evaluation
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting stakeholder feedback, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making processes within the organization
- Providing secretariat support during team and group-level meetings
- Assisting in adhoc, special projects or corporate events as required by the Head of department.

**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Minimally 1 to 3 years’ relevant working experience, with an eye for detail and good organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Strong team player with a pleasant disposition and can-do attitude
- Self-starter, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines.
- Willingness to learn and develop capabilities, and to acquire and share new knowledge.
- Values and attributes demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a service mentality.
- Good understanding of the sports/entertainment industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
