Sr. Director of Stakeholder Engagement

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to foster inter-agency collaboration and synergize regional outreach strategies.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows and processes for stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for cross-sector collaboration to expand the organization's network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement and strategy development.
  • Experience in government agencies or related healthcare institutions preferred.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build meaningful partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and resilience in managing pressure and changing priorities.
