**Job Introduction**

This position reports to the Director Enterprise and interfaces with Executive Director and Stakeholder Engagement team. The trainee will support fundraising, donor relations and volunteer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the maintenance of stakeholder data on the CRM to ensure data integrity and use across the organisation
- Running regular reports to identify gaps in the data and to maintain data quality
- Maintaining relationships to ensure accurate data collection and engagement tracking
- Assisting with the effective use of data and the database to support organisation-wide strategic goals for stakeholder engagement
- Supporting the use of data for stakeholder engagement purposes; including maintaining and building marketing lists
- Providing administrative support to Director Enterprise and the Executive Director
- Providing ad hoc support to the Fundraising and volunteer management team, including research and administrative duties

**Technical Competencies**
- Experience of using a database system (esp Netsuite), preferably donor relations, and collating, organising, utilising large amount of data
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience and knowledge of stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to review and cross-reference data for quality control
- Strong organisational skills, ability to think creatively and problem solve

**Core Competencies**
- An interest in social services and helping youths and families

**Preferred Achievements/Characteristics**
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay organised while working at pace and to respond quickly to changing situations
