About the roleAs TSC.ai enters its next phase of growth, the Product Manager will advance the Genie AI platform to new levels of functionality, usability, and market fit. Working closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams, this role combines hands-on product delivery with user advocacy and data-informed decision-making to drive scalable, customer-centric product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Product Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with the Head of Product and stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, delivering value aligned with strategic priorities. Review feedback from clients and internal teams, investigate and suggest feature improvements. Advocate for the product and drive internal knowledge of tools and features. Translate high-level requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Review, prioritise, and manage the product backlog. Run Scrum ceremonies and work with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Track progress and communicate updates across teams. Assist QA with testing.
- User Experience & Customer Advocacy: Map user personas and journeys to understand needs and pain points. Collaborate with the UX team to deliver the best experience by building prototypes with UX/UI designers.
- Communications: Support product releases with internal announcements and demos. Create and maintain thorough documentation of product features.
- Data-Driven Insights & Adoption: Use product and user analytics to monitor engagement, adoption, and feature usage. Create and deliver updated in-app trainings and onboarding materials using digital adoption platforms.
- Market & Competitive Awareness: Collect and analyse market and competitive intelligence to inform feature prioritisation and positioning. Support strategy through competitive mapping and research.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with Engineering, Data, Data Science, Customer Success, Business Development, and other teams to ensure alignment. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers into product decisions.
- 2-4 years of experience in product management in a SaaS offering, preferably in the B2B enterprise space
- Good understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum, and the software lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English
- Strong project management skills
- Passion for user-centric design and improving customer experience
- Confidence in using JIRA and experience with product tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, Confluence, UserFlow, or equivalent
- Analytical mindset with willingness to work with data
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn by doing
