WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Processing incoming materials, spare and wear parts, prototype & machine license orders from both our internal/external customers in ERP System: SAP.
- Formal examination of the orders, contracts, term and conditions & issuance of invoice and any related sales document according to company's business process.
- Ensuring an efficient and process-oriented order process with punctual delivery.
- Active coordination with all interfaces (eg. order preparation, disposition, dispatch, returns import/export control, custom enquiries, service etc.) as well as APAC branches, distributors and customers.
- IT coordinator as secondary roles and responsibility.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering and Business Administration
- Good IT knowledge/skill (Microsoft 365, Cloud Platform)
- Meticulous and well-organized with continuous improvement focus
- Good command of English with the ability to work independently
- Team player with good communication skills, internally and externally
- High degree of cultural awareness
