Order Management Specialist - US Experience Female required
  • As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, estimates, and work orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing manual customer orders, verifying product availability, and accurately entering data into internal systems. You will be tracking and managing order status from confirmation to delivery, ensuring timely and competitive quotes for customers, and conducting cost analysis to select the best quality product within budget and delivery timelines.In addition to order processing, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Supplier and vendor coordination will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with suppliers to confirm product availability, build strong relationships, and monitor inventory levels for restocking.Your proficiency in MS Excel and order management systems will be essential in generating reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and delivery timelines. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines. A problem-solving mindset, customer-first attitude, and excellent coordination and follow-up skills are also required.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or operations. Prior experience working with suppliers and B2B clients is preferred.
