Job Title: Order Management Specialist
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient processing and management of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, including vendor information, order dates, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue official purchase orders to vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Verify and match purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage online receiving and updating of purchase orders into the system.
  • Distribute purchase orders after signature and receipt of goods.
  • Receive daily items and coordinate with end-users for collection, including the opening of wooden crates and distribution of goods.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive working attitude and ability to work independently.
