Job Title: Order Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer orders.

You will review customer orders to ensure they meet internal procedures and regulations. You will also monitor the order processing cycle to ensure timely execution and maintain service quality.

In this role, you will provide training and support to teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to order management processes. You will address customer inquiries and complaints effectively and coordinate root cause investigations.

You will manage inventory levels to balance product availability with customer demand. You will also coordinate outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.

As an Order Management Specialist, you will review standard operating procedures regularly and identify opportunities for improvement in the end-to-end order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure order accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have experience with order management systems and processes.

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

A degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
