RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
- Collect, organize, and process documents and update service notifications in the system.
- Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.
- Deploy service technicians for nighttime onsite tyre servicing when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary school education level

OTHER INFORMATION

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
- Skilled in administrative work with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers).

**Other information**:

- Working Hours
- Mon Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm
- Company transport from Clementi MRT (One-way)
- Company phone will be provided
- Additional Night Standby Allowance is provided
