**Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and execution of benefits and payroll administration related duties. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, HR Service Excellence and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of benefits and payroll matters.
- Benefits administration including but not limited to staff benefit processing, medical enrolment, share plan processing.
- Support the efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing.
- Handle CPF processing, income tax reporting, NS claims, government paid leave matters.
- Attend to benefits and payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset.

- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
