Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings to present our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment and staffing needs.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment and sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor recruitment coordinators and other staff members interested in sales.

**Requirements**:

- Singapore Diploma in business, marketing, human resources, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and/or sales, with a minimum of [insert number of years] years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and other recruitment/sales software tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales.
- Willingness to travel and attend events outside of normal business hours.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
