Job Summary: The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to embark on a career in sales within the dynamic system furniture industry. The Sales Support Executive will assist in various sales activities, including order processing, customer communication, and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Assist the sales team with daily sales operations.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

Order Processing:
Handle order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.

Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Resolve any order-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Customer Communication:
Provide information about products, services, and order status.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Sales Coordination:
Coordinate sales activities with other departments, such as operations and logistics.

Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies.

Sales Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and reports.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
