We are looking for a competent Sales Support to provide personalized administrative and sales support in a fast pace and timely manner.

**Job Scope**:

- Provide administrative and support to sales and admin team
- Management of company’s products’ library and resources
- To source and negotiate for products and services and obtain pricing information
- Assist in purchasing duties, tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders on outgoing samples and goods, ensuring smooth deliveries to customers
- Shipping and logistics coordination, coordinate unstuffing/warehousing duties
- Assist/coordinate the day-to-day delivery operations
- Prepare/issue delivery orders, collection notes and related documents
- Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences
- Handling of phone calls or incoming visitors or contractors
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Able to communicate well in English in order to liaise with customer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of shipping is an added advantage

**Other Information**:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm) (Alt)

Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Delta House

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
