**Senior/ Operations Executive - Kidney Dialysis Centre**:
**Job Function**
- To ensure that all aspects of the centre run smoothly and efficiently, including patient care and centre maintenance.
- Works closely with the clinical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that all regulatory requirements are met
- Will help to handle inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure the centre operates within financial targets
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and best practices

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Administrative and Operational Support**
- Direct responsible person to liaise and engage vendors as needed.
- Direct supervisor for admin personnel and the cleaner.
- Create a training for the cleaner.
- In charge to arrange and schedule for the annual fire drill and training.
- Responsible for creation and updating of operations related policy.
- Support in handling difficult and abusive patient.
- Responsible to arrange and attend regular and ad hoc meeting related to operation matters
- Collaborates between departments such as IT, procurement, facility to resolve issues, or develop new programs/projects or as needed.

**Equipment, Supplies and Maintenance**
- Overall, in charge and responsible for stocks and consumables management.
- Overall, in charge for machines and equipment preventive maintenance and functionality, pest control maintenance and high dusting arrangement of the centre.
- Main point of contact for any machines, equipment and facility issue and get it fix in timely manner

**Others**
- Works with the Nurse Manager in handling budgeting.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Diploma in Health Management or its equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, multi-tasked, and possess a positive attitude
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Office

**Work Experience**
- Have minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, preferably in a dialysis setting.
