The Senior Client Relations Specialist will support local SG strategy and CRM and events execution for instore, virtual client or regional events, with emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences including High Jewelry events and client gestures and gifting.

The role reports to the Client Relations Manager

**Responsibilities
**Event and Brand management responsibilities: to support **CR Manager to develop and grow a clienteling strategy to support both the day-to-day and High Jewelry business**
- Collaborate on event and store activation strategies, from planning to execution and provide retail teams logístical support
- Suggest partnership initiatives, prospecting within key networks and event collaborations to identify new clients
- Strategize and execute in-store experience and communications channels to support clienteling and branding objectives
- Assist in the event production process, with help of agencies, venue and entertainment sourcing, logístical issues, F&B selection
- To discuss and garner feedback from retail team on area of improvement to better refine the next event execution
- Be able to build, maintain and leverage on good relationships with event agencies and contractors, hospitality, mall marketing team and corporate partners
- Support the monitoring of the event performance and maintenance of photo records of events
- Encourage experience enhancements in store, ensuring high quality execution and monitoring: hospitality menus, services & special celebrations
- Assist identify exceptional client gestures and gifting initiatives
- Plan and arrange VICs itineraries for overseas events including flight and accommodation bookings, visa, transportation, and hospitality arrangements
- Collaborate with CRM analytics team for client data strategy and support

**Administrative Support**
- Assist the Client Relations Manager in budget planning and tracking, budgeting to ensure there is no overspend and to negotiate for the best quotation and to collate APAC business review presentation decks
- To support CRM team to identify reliable and good vendors to execute clienteling activations, new ideas and trends within the industry
- To support CVM team to identify good contractors or floral vendors to better align retail budget/needs
- To assist new vendor in Coupa onboarding process

**Qualifications**
- 5 years experience in communication related industries/ fields
- Degree in Marketing or related field or agency experience
- Analytical thinking, detailed and organized
- Attention to detail and resource and able to come out with creative ideas
- Expert in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-tasks
- Professionalism and poised manner to represent the brand
- Excellent communication skills, including good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, without direct authority.
- Knowledge of Salesforce
