Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will utilize strong communication skills to collect overdue payments from clients via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage client relationships, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records.
- Collection of Overdue Accounts: Utilize strong communication skills to collect overdue payments from clients via phone calls.
- Administrative Duties: Perform tasks such as payment arrangements, prepare legal documents, and monitor accounts.
- Credit Collection System Maintenance: Update and maintain the credit collection system to ensure efficient operations.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks to support the team's goals.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal Documents: Familiarity with preparing and maintaining legal documents.
- Travel Arrangements: Ability to arrange travel plans and itineraries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dispute Resolution: Ability to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
