Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Relations Specialist to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings for events in accordance with our policy and guidelines.
  • Verify client handicaps and ensure accurate scoring.
  • Coordinate tee off times for major tournaments and notify clients accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and billing fees.
  • Maintain records of reciprocal memberships and competition documents.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding event fees, membership costs, and operational hours.
  • Prepare client cards and coordinate events.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin proficiency an advantage.
  • Knowledge of golf handicapping, basic computing, and competition formats.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Integrated Management Systems.
  • A high level of tolerance and attention to detail.
  • Able to build rapport with clients and team members.
