**Job Description
**A. Admin JD**

1. Administrative work (e.g. Filing, Handling Letters, Cheque and Banking)

2. Assist Counter (e.g. to connect device in the morning, assist learners on inquiries, etc)

3. Skillsfuture credit transaction (cancel or claims the skillsfuture credit )

4. Scan COA and attendance, and upload to MS Teams

5. Enrolment transaction (ensure attendance meet 75%)

6. Manage/Purchase stationary and office needed supply

7. E-cert download, Print First Aid ID Card, Handling PSEA

8. Task related to admin task

**B. Classroom - Operations**

1. Print Training Attendance

2. Print Training Materials (Learner's Guide, Exercise booklets, etc)

3. Manage classroom (ensure classroom is ready for training )

4. Create and Prepare Props for trainings (Print, cut and laminate)

5. Assist trainers on props and printing course materials

6. Task related to operations
