**Job summary**:
To be successful in this role you should have a thorough understanding of sustainability and training business. Ultimately, success is driven by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the pragmatic solutions.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships to grow GGC business in the APAC region
- Understand client needs and identify business opportunities
- Be the advocate to the customer towards their stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional & global partners to provide sustainability related training
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in program development, marketing and management team to define the go-to-market strategy
- Engage with the management team to leverage the existing pool of GGC network to generate leads
- Develop compelling offers and proposals together with our product experts & consultants
- Responsible to close commercial agreements with clients & business partners
- Represent GGC in client meetings and conference
- Identify market trends and provide inputs for product & service development
- Maintain existing business

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in selling training or sustainability related services
- At least 4-5 years of working experience
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English, Mandarin is a plus

**Desirable**:

- Experienced working in small interdisciplinary teams, ideally within an international and multicultural context
- Understanding of the business drivers behind sustainability, ESG, SDGs and TCFD
- Understanding of start-up and/or incubator programme is a plus
