Job Title: Business Development Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our sales development team in driving pipeline growth and business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and morale.
- Territory Ownership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales operations and enablement teams to drive sales process improvements and best practices.
- Hiring & Career Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Develop and implement career development plans to enhance employee growth and retention.
