Front Office Executive

To assist guests with check-ins & check-outs.
- To process payments & documentations.
- To provide necessary assistance to ensure guests' satisfaction.
- To answer all calls & to assist accordingly.
- Assist Duty Manager with tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the service industry.
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Hotel Management System (HMS) is preferred.
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Be a team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
