Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Assist with all Reception tasks including check-ins and check-outs, and guest-service related duties including concierge recommendations.
- Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping and Facilities department to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience.
- Address all guests’ feedback and concerns professionally and providing service recovery when required.
- Record all guests’ feedback into the Duty Manager’s Log for Management and all departments’ attention or follow up if required.Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and ensure that all Finance-related procedures and policies are adhered to.

**Highlights**

- Platform to gain exposure and required experience in all aspects of Front Office operations.The Executive will be mentored by a Manager, and provided on-the-job training to hone management skills that are aligned to the Hotel’s vision and standard operating procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Attained at least a Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Possesses good verbal and written command of English.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holiday.
