**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**

As a Training Manager, you need to:

- Have at least 3-years of experience in organising courses for IT related roles.
- Handle multiple teams.
- Be familiar with training vendor management.
- Organise training materials.
- Have experience using any Learning Management System.
