Due to business expansion, the Company has an opening for a Business Development Manager - Acquistions. The role reports to the Managing Director.

Manager / Senior Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire, develop, and retain a book of new-to-firm clients through various sources, including

but not limited to, High Net-worth investors, Family Offices, Institutional parties, etc.

Proactiveness in key abilities of Client Acquisition, Client Servicing, and Relationship

Management functions to build the firm’s overall Assets-Under-Management (AUM) for its

products and services.

Deliver effective presentations to prospects and clients by demonstrating the company’s

value proposition via its fund solutions and strategies.

Organise and host client meetings and other potential events with new and existing

investors, industry partners, co-branding campaigns, etc.

Garner timely feedback from investors to generate fresh ideas and initiatives for the

prospecting, client servicing, and development of new products and services.

Prepare or compile investment documents and collaterals to be disclosed to investors,

including company information, investment strategies or outlook for the quarter or the year,

and financial / investment statements.

Collaborate with the Operations & Compliance function for all relevant matters pertaining to

client onboarding and account management in accordance with the firm’s regulatory

compliance and due diligence framework.

Key Requirements:
Five (5) to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Private Wealth

Management, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, or related function.

Bachelor's Degree.

Excellence in interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Keen interest in the financial markets and its developments is essential.

Rock-solid accountability and integrity.

Client-centric focus.

Organised and meticulous in planning and details.

Confident, enthusiastic, and reliable.

Conscientious with strong sense of responsibility.

Proactive with strong initiative.

Good initiative and teamwork.

Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Compensation Package:
Base: SG$60,000 - SG$84,000

achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
