We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Regional Talent Solutions team. This person will serve as the functional leader for Sales within the Regional Talent Solutions business to generate profitable topline growth, establish & optimize operating standards within the sales organization, and foster enterprise sales capabilities for Glints. The Head of Sales is a senior executive with a mission to deliver topline success for Glints' ambitious growth.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Drive Growth**:
- Build and execute strategies to achieve Glints’ ambitious topline revenue target of SGD60 million by 2029.
- Develop a data-driven commercial framework to enhance pricing power and strengthen sales capabilities.
**Pipeline & Revenue Management**:
- Establish a structured process to identify, prioritize, and close sales opportunities.
- Implement a transparent and timely system for pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
**Team Leadership & Development**:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, managing Key Account Directors directly and SME sales teams in collaboration with geographical leaders.
- Inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets through mentorship and clear goal-setting.
**Client Engagement & Retention**:
- Establish Glints as the partner of choice by ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
- Lead the creation of pricing, discount, and customization frameworks to maintain profitability while meeting client needs.
**Market Expansion**:
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new segments, ensuring Glints' unique value proposition resonates with target audiences.
- Build scalable playbooks to drive growth in untapped markets.
**Collaboration & Alignment**:
- Partner with functional and geographical leaders to align sales objectives with broader organizational goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer success and operational efficiency.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading enterprise B2B sales or account management teams.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding high individual sales targets and revenue goals.
**Leadership**:
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to success, driving both individual and team performance.
- A solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and a focus on process optimization.
**Track Record**:
- Consistent career excellence, with a history of building high-performing teams and fostering client relationships.
**Mindset & Skills**:
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong command of English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
