**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Requirement**
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Meticulous, neat, and detail-oriented.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to take initiative.
**Responsibilities**
- In charge of general administrative and secretary duties.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation, records, and filling.
- Able to do basic finance matters.
**Work Arrangments**
- **Monday to Friday**:
- **9am to 6pm**:
- **Nearest MRT - Telok Ayer (DT18)**
**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
