**Summary**

Reporting to COO, he/she will work closely with different key members across the company. He/she will work with the teams to define the solution offerings & value propositions to every opportunity. This is achieved by him/her having a deep understanding of the business needs of the clients and working with the team & suppliers to strategize new growth plans.

**Responsibilities**
- To interface with clients providing technical advice on all aspects of electrical engineering for power plant development and grid interconnection.
- Bring in new accounts.
- To lead solution concept development and front-end engineering design (FEED).
- To carry out electrical system detailed design
- To support clients technically through project feasibility, project appraisals, procurement evaluations, contractor/vendor engineering, project construction, commissioning and performance testing.
- Keep Project Manager well informed of the status of the project and serve as a liaison between Project, Procurement and Tender Department
- To support proposal development to meet client requirements, drawing on WSP’s regional and international network of support experts where needed
- Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors & suppliers
- Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project
- Participate in the review of any corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants on preparing job program for site progress and preparing submission schedules
- Liaise with the design team on drawings, amendment and re-submission to clients
- Support Quantity Surveyors in conducting site measurement and inspections
- Conduct site surveys and job audits
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- More than 10 years of working experience in same industry and 5 years working experiences in Public Listed company.
- Regional Sales background is a must, and Business development experiences within China would be an advantage.
- Able to travel regionally.
- Experienced in liaising with China local government agency.
- Experienced in design, construction, commission and/or operation of large scale mission critical facilities or data centers/databases would be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable on the key power generation technologies & components and full project lifecycle considerations
- Capable of leading electrical system detailed design
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills _. _
- Good time management and organization skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
