**Job Title: Senior Executive/ Executive, Talent Acquisition**

**Job Type: 2 Years’ Contract**

**Our Client**:
It is the first Integrated General Hospital in Singapore providing holistic and seamless care from acute, sub-acute to rehabilitative settings, reducing the need for a patient to transfer to another healthcare institution.
- Main point of contact for temps and Nursing locums.
- Perform on-boarding of temps and locums from arrangement of pre-employment medical, verification of their vaccination records, arrangement of uniform to their off-boarding.
- Ensure all on-boarding documentations are completed promptly and accurately.
- Contract renewal management for temps and locums.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure the processing of monthly invoices and payments through e-pay.
- Provide monthly reporting of temps and locums listing including expenses.
- Any other administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business or related discipline.
- 1 year of human resource administrative experience.
- Meticulous, numerate and strong in processes.
- Pro-active and able to multi-task.
- Independent as well as a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communicate skills.
- The role supports the Nursing recruitment.
- Willing to travel to overseas for recruitment. (e.g. India, Philippines)
