**What the role is**
- IPOS’s Copyright Unit is part of the Legal Department and is responsible for developing and reviewing Singapore’s copyright policy and laws; advising the Singapore Government on copyright issues; representing Singapore at international and regional fora on copyright matters; overseeing the regulation of collective management organisations; and providing administrative support services relating to Singapore’s copyright regime. We are looking for an individual who is keen to be a key contributor to achieving our ambition to join our team.

- Write to us if you have/are: 1. A degree (in any discipline). 2. Detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated and able to multi-task. 3. Good planning and project management skills. 4. Good research and analytical skills. 5. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to use language and visuals to communicate concepts in a manner that is compelling and accessible. 6. Enthusiastic about engaging with stakeholders and profiling Singapore’s advanced copyright regime. 7. Able to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Willing to assist with administrative and operational tasks based on the Department’s needs. 9. Proficient computer skills, including in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook especially). 10. Good to have a background or experience in any one or more of the following areas (but is not a pre-requisite): law; regulatory compliance; policy formulation in the Government or a public agency; economics, data science or statistics.
