**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal Department to oversee all legal matters and provide expert guidance on corporate legal strategies. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage complex legal challenges, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Provide proactive and strategic legal advice to senior management and the board.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and oversee their work.
- Represent the company in disputes, negotiations, and litigation.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Collaborate across departments to support business operations with legal insights.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
- Manage corporate governance activities, including board meetings and filings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and active bar membership; advanced legal qualifications preferred.
- 7+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
