**Key Responsibilities**
Oversee the catering operations and proper execution of the hospitality and suite packages.
- Oversee the operation of hospitality facilities, including Suites
- Oversee and manage the administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll for the fun-timers
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are in compliance
- Maintain good relationships with client and key stakeholders
- Participate in the manpower deployment
- Monitor F&B service standards
- Responsible in preparing various reports for management, including monthly catering records and consumption reports

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage
- Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, InfoGenesis, etc.)
- Proficient and effective problem
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance

Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
