We are seeking a in house **R & D Chemist** who is responsible for overseeing the company’s current and future product development and quality. From managing suppliers and ingredients to product certifications and testing.**R&D**Develop high-efficacy premium and sustainable personal care products.
- Troubleshoot existing formulation issue and improve on its stability and efficacy.
- Supervise QC department and troubleshoots on product and quality issued before, during and after production.
- Support sales, marketing, training team by providing technical knowledge for new product developed.
- Suggest ideas from time to time that will help improve business.
- Familiar with lab equipment such as pH meter, incubator, viscometer.

**Production**
- Issue Batch production record (BPR)
- To coordinate quality assurance control activities in the company
- Familiar with production procedure and equipment.
- Writing SOPs and improve manufacturing procedure to achieve time and cost saving purpose.
- Improve on existing processes and procedures relating to production.

**GMP Audit/ Document Control**
- Resolve quality problem through non-conformance procedure, find root cause and recommend corrective and implement preventive actions.
- Familiar with ISO 22716 GMP standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
