**Youth Worker, Youth Hub**
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth addressing their social, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Provide mentorship and support to youth, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Establish positive relationships with youth and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs and interests of young people, and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay informed about current trends and issues affecting youth and integrate relevant topics into program content.
- Provide counselling to youth when required.Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and resources.

**Job Requirements**:

- Some prior experience working with youth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
