**Responsibilities**
- Partner Subject Matter Experts (SME) implementation of the total learning framework that aligns with the business strategy.
- Support stakeholders' enquiries and deploy innovative solutions for training delivery and learning to enable a dynamic organisation
- Collaborate in in-house learning programme setup and programme coordination
- Ensure quality content development (internal and external)
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering and organizing data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Prepare and generate required learning reports to respective stakeholders
- Contribute to design works on training communication
- Handle ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience or coursework in data analytics, statistics, or machine learning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
