**Responsibilities**:
- Provide L&D programs that are in line with employee needs and business objectives (success and retention).
- Determine the need for training and skill gaps by using analysis and employee input.
- Find and oversee internal learning resources as well as outside training providers.
- Monitor and assess the results of learning and development initiatives, highlighting the influence on staff productivity and commercial success.
- Keep up with the latest L&D best practices and industry trends.
- Create and oversee wellness initiatives for staff members, emphasizing their mental and physical health.
- Create interesting events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Plan employee engagement initiatives to promote a happy workplace and a positive corporate culture.
- Oversee a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Respond to questions from employees and offer continuing HR support.
- Any other task that a superior assigns.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on L&D and/or Employee Welfare.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing L&D programs.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to monitor and assess how L&D initiatives affect worker productivity and company success (connecting L&D to success factors).
- Expertise overseeing benefit plans for employees and making sure they're compliant.
