Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Sales**.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Drive and support the growth of mortgage business by acquiring new sales through both internal and external channels
- Support and collaborate with internal channels to identify mortgage acquisition opportunities
- Network and build relationships with external business partners such as real estate agents, brokers and financial advisors for mortgage acquisition opportunities
- Identify mortgage needs for our clients and providing them with best in class mortgage advisory and solutions
- Deepen client relationships through ongoing interactions and proactively identifying other banking needs throughout their relationship with the Bank
- Liaising with internal department and external partners to ensure loan is disbursed
- Conduct proper Know Your Customer on customers and business partners to ensure data integrity
- Follow up on servicing issues for existing mortgage customers
- Identify other banking needs for our clients and making cross-sell / referrals

Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in property or mortgage advisory role
- Service and result-oriented with proven track record in mortgage sales
- Outgoing disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skill to engage business partners and clients
- Knowledge on other retails products like credit cards will be a bonus
