Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Product Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Formulate product strategy for Mortgage, including product pricing, drive acquisition, usage and portfolio management campaign and spearhead initiatives to increase product revenue and profitability
- Conduct competitive analysis, update product features or guidelines, where necessary, and manage product acquisition in line with business goals
- Develop cost efficient product and marketing activities, including identification of new distribution channels and launch of product awareness programs, to deliver business results in line with plan
- Engage stakeholders to review credit policies and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
- Maintain close interaction with distribution network and stakeholders, and introduce sales tools, where applicable, to enable efficient and compliant product delivery
- Participate in review of system specification and infrastructure to ensure effective product delivery

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in mortgage products
- In depth understanding of segmentation, marketing, sales, product management, and regulatory environment surrounding consumer loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact and work with a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
- Good project management skill
