Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute complex event-based customer experiences, aligned with business strategies, campaign objectives and brand positioning.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan, curate and coordinate all aspects of corporate events, including, conferences, seminars, networking events, and bespoke customer events, from conception to post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, logistics, budget management, and on-site coordination.
- Track and analyse key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of events and sponsorships, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, associations, exhibitors, speakers, and other event stakeholders to maximize value and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance event effectiveness and ROI.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in event management, sponsorships, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B and/or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and tracking events and sponsorships that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and analyse event and sponsorship performance metrics to optimize ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
