MAINCARD was established in 2021, with the mission of creating authentic products focused at esports that put the players first. Working in tandem with global esports bodies, MAINCARD aims to help foster environments that allow everyone - from amateurs to pros alike, to come together through their shared interest in gaming.

**The Role**

As an **Associate, BD and Strategic Partnerships** at **MAINCARD**, you’ll be the entry fraggers of our team - acting as the point of contact and face for our brand and platform. The role will see you planning and executing end-to-end outreach strategies to both endemic partners and potential sponsors alike.

You define opportunities, programmes and initiatives that our partners can collaborate with MAINCARD on - that will take both entities to the next level. You’ll also have a hand in curating the core of MAINCARD as a brand and platform through pitching content ideas and community efforts.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute and manage the end-to-end process of high impact strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Design and drive winning collaboration opportunities and outreach strategies for partners of all portfolios.
- Build on existing relationships and continue to innovate new initiatives for mutual growth.
- Develop a wide network of contacts within the esports, gaming and other endemic industries.
- Contribute to the brand’s growth through pitching content ideas and pillars.
- Serve as the front-facing representative of the brand and platform to clients, partners and potential users alike.
- Keep an ear to the ground with regards to trends and potential opportunities within the gaming and esports industry.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence teams to implement successful performance marketing revenue strategies.
- Conduct research and analyse varying aspects of the business such as but not limited to campaign performance, brand-level performance data, and translating insights into digestible reports to inform decision making from management.
- Project-manage implementation timelines for various product features, subsequently measuring effectiveness of said features through examining uplifts of the impacted metrics

**Traits We're Looking For**
- An excellent written and verbal communicator, with a high level of social awareness and ability to convey ideas through clear presentation.
- High level of organisation and multi-tasking, able to manage and prioritise concurrent arrangements and matters.
- Meticulous, independent and positive working attitude.
- Keen interest in the realism of esports, gaming and business development.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proven track record of establishing and maintaining high value partnerships on behalf of an organisation or entity.
- Hands-on, positive working attitude with a creative spark.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Min Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong IT and hardware fluency in gaming and esports.
- Excellent command of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Strong knowledge of common content creation software - Adobe Suite, Canva etc.
