Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel, accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Perform other ad-hoc and general administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
COVID-19 considerations:
All staffs and visitors are required to wear masks, regular cleaning and sanitizing.
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
