Job Description:

  1. Recruitment & Selection: Support full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration.
  2. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new hire orientation, documentation, and exit processes.
  3. HRIS & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files in HRIS.
  4. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Assist in organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communications.
  5. HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR letters, contracts, reports, and presentations, support regulatory and internal reporting.
  6. Performance & Training Administration: Coordinate appraisals, training registrations, and learning records.
  7. Regulatory Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies, assist with audits.
  8. HR Projects & Process Improvement: Participate in projects to enhance HR workflows and employee experience.
  9. Administrative Support: Handle employee inquiries, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations.
  10. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other HR-related or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll software (Info-Tech) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and MOM regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Manages priorities effectively, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
