Job Description:
- Recruitment & Selection: Support full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration.
 - Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new hire orientation, documentation, and exit processes.
 - HRIS & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files in HRIS.
 - Employee Engagement & Welfare: Assist in organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communications.
 - HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR letters, contracts, reports, and presentations, support regulatory and internal reporting.
 - Performance & Training Administration: Coordinate appraisals, training registrations, and learning records.
 - Regulatory Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies, assist with audits.
 - HR Projects & Process Improvement: Participate in projects to enhance HR workflows and employee experience.
 - Administrative Support: Handle employee inquiries, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations.
 - Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other HR-related or administrative tasks as assigned.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - At least 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.
 - Knowledge of payroll software (Info-Tech) will be an added advantage.
 - Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and MOM regulations.
 - Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
 - Manages priorities effectively, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
