- Proven record of accomplishment of developing and executing successful innovation strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and experience ensuring compliance with them.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multi-party collaborations, including partnerships with Fintech companies and other finance institutes.
