Product Director - Fintech Strategy

About the Position

Our organization is seeking a Product Director to lead product strategy and execution in the fintech sector. This role will focus on driving innovative product development across trade finance platforms, Web3/tokenisation & RWA, and AI-driven document verification.

This position involves shaping product direction from ideation through to launch, ensuring solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap.
  • Leverage existing technologies to build fintech solutions.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch to optimisation.
  • Conduct market research to align features with demand.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to execute delivery.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritise effectively.
  • Analyse product performance and iterate based on feedback.
  • Presentation of progress and insights to leadership.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in product management, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Fintech experience is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to trade finance, Web3/tokenisation, and AI applications.
  • A strong understanding of fintech trends and customer behaviour.
  • Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering innovative products.
