**The Role**

The
**HR Manager,**
**Learning and Development**
**L&D) Specialist** plays a crucial role in making sure that all employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their job, help the company thrive, and reach their career aspirations.

**Responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Identify training and development needs: Analyze organizational goals and employee performance to identify areas where training and development are needed.
- Design and implement training programs: Based on the identified needs, create training programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals. This involves selecting training methods, developing training materials, and coordinating with trainers and instructors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training: Assess the impact of training programs to determine whether they are meeting the company's objectives. Collect feedback from employees, analyze training data, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage employee development programs: Manage employee development programs, including leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and career planning. Work with managers and employees to create individual development plans that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with training regulations: Ensure that training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This may involve conducting audits, monitoring training records, and updating training materials as needed.
- Facilitate learning opportunities: Facilitate learning opportunities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences. Collaborate with external trainers and vendors to provide access to relevant learning resources.
- Monitor training budgets: Manage training budgets and ensure that training programs are cost-effective. Negotiate contracts with vendors, track expenses, and make recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
- ESG and CSR initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of training programs that advance the company's ESG principles and CSR initiatives, which should align with the organization's values and mission. Oversee and provide updates on the company's progress in meeting its ESG and CSR goals. Work alongside other departments to ensure that these initiatives are integrated into all facets of the business.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years relevant work experience in human resources management.
- Specialized or active involvement in training, learning and development and organizational development.
- Excellent ability to lead and motivate teams, collaborate effectively with other departments, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess employee performance, identify skills gaps, and develop effective training programs and talent management strategies.
- Possess strong change management skills to effectively introduce new HR initiatives and manage organizational restructuring, when required.
- Good understanding of ESG principles and CSR initiatives, developed and implemented training programs and initiatives that promote best practices within the company.
- Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
