Downtown Core, Singapore Cathay Photo Store (Pte) Ltd Full time

**Working days and hours**:5 working days, 9.00am to 6.00pm

**Core responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail)
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders
- Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers
- Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers - from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaison with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior sales quotation experience, especially in government tenders (GeBIZ) would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication
- Meticulous, with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
