**Job Scope**
1) Assist the Manager (Community Relations) in the following areas:
**Communications**
- Strategize with the team in the planning of content for both online and offline communications platforms (e.g., social media, video productions, website, fundraising campaigns, newsletters and collaterals).
- Lead the team in creating content for both online and offline communication/ media plans. (e.g., social media, video productions, website, fundraising campaigns, newsletters and collaterals).
- Collaborate with other departments/teams to engage and strengthen the charity’s branding and marketing for the general public, corporates, volunteers and our beneficiaries.
- Be involved in the organisation’s crisis communications initiatives and plans.
**Project Management and Partnerships**
- Collaborate with all internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., corporates, schools, community) to spearhead partnerships projects.
- Establish, implement and manage project management structures and systems for the team, to ensure that events/campaigns are executed successfully.
- Work with the team to develop grant proposals for the organisation.
2) Be involved in projects as directed by Manager (Community Relations) and/or the Executive Director.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and project management skills.
- Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms. Experience in social media analytics is advantageous.
- Possess flair for visual designs, visual storytelling and other creative content creation.
- Skilled in digital platforms such Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro) and WordPress is advantageous.
- Team-player who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic-thinker who is resourceful, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Self-Motivated, proactive and adaptable work attitude.

- Location: Walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT.
