**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting and to support Sales Manager in performing day-to-day operational tasks of the department.
- Processing of paperwork, issuing Sales Quotation, P/Os, Contract, D/Os and other sales-required documents.
- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts and inventory records for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Provide support and coordinate with inter-department to ensure smooth operation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and duties necessary for Sales Manager and the department.
