**Summary of Job**
The School is looking for a Front Desk Executive to act as the first point of contact for parents and students. The staff will report to the Manager, Office of Student Affairs, and is responsible for Student Life matters under Office of Student Affairs. This will cover all aspects of Student Life, including front desk services and student services.
**Major Job Responsibilities**
Front Desk Service:
- Attend to phone calls enquiries in a professional manner and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, or departments, and taking messages where required
- Mark and submit daily students' attendance, including exams' attendance
- Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mails/ parcels
- Verify and issue early release slip to students
- Perform cashier duty, generate receipt and ensure accurate end of day settlement
- Manage the loan of school uniforms and/or blazers to students
- Administer the sick bay and attend to sick students
- Handle lost and found items, cash and valuables
- Support any other operations and front counter duties
Student Services:
- Schedule and administer health checks, dental checks, HPV vaccination and NRIC registration for students
- Print progress report; mid-year and end-of-year
- Prepare and update class lists for the class attendance folders
- Ensure first aid items are replenished and procured regularly
Others:
- Involve in the school events, e.g. _Open Symposium, Open House, Awards Day, CPEP_, etc
- Assist other team members in their job areas when required
- Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Manager or school management
**Job requirements**
- Diploma or equivalent, in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in front line operations and counter duties
- Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reporting hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm
